How the Process Works

When you call to book a session you are welcome to choose a secondary date that will be used in case of poor weather. Light rain does not always mean the cancellation of your appointment. Sometimes that can set the mood for your portraits and give you a whole new experience.

The session fee is due in full the day your session takes place.

After your session you can watch the blog for your sneak peak shots. This is usually two or three shots from you session and I put them up within a few days. Proofs are ready to be viewed online within two weeks from the date of your session. Proofs are viewed through the blog page and are password protected. You are welcome to share your password with friends and family.

Once you view your proofs the ordering process begins. Once your proofs become available they will remain on my site for 60 days. If you order within the first 10 days you will receive 15% off of your total order. After the 10 day period the price will be as quoted to you at the time of your session. After 30 days the price returns to the full price as listed on my Investment page.

Orders are usually available within one week of when you place your order. Payment in full is due when the order is placed.

Mostly, I want you to be happy with the process from start to finish. Please contact me with any special needs or requests you may have. If there are any concerns with your session or order they will gladly be discussed and tended to.
